WITCH correct to do perio scaling then extraction or the opposite  

I will not be the perfect one to answer this question more than a surgeon but I remember from one surgeon

Do the scaling before the extraction as we don't want to have plaque or calculus in the socket which will cause complications

I don't have any scientific background about it, you can ask a surgeon

welcome doc this is what i believe and what our doctors tell us
but during my ccc2 case presentation there was some disageerment from some doc
they told me  you should start by extraction then go to perio
i spent alot of time to explain my opinion to them also why we start by perio
reduce no. the micro organism
calculus my make the extraction difficult

the surgeon  who was with us also support my opinion
but they did not change


actually if the extraction not urgent (not the ttt of chaif complain )delay it
but i want article about this to give that doctors
