Nice topic specially with the high risk of diabetic patients in Saudi Arabia

1st - Before any treatment to be done we need to make the patient controls his diabetes and make him/her understand the risks not only orally but as a whole body, interact with his medical doctor and check for his glucose level regularly

2nd - The treatment, am not a periodontist but I recommend like these cases to be handled by a specialist knowing how to deal with these type of cases and follow-up with them more than normal patients
