(1) A 28 yrs old female pt came to the clinic .. suffering from upper central remaining root and fractured the other central..
.. the patient was advised to do abridge after composite building up of the fractured centeral .. but the patient told that she dosnt intend to pay apound in prothetic way .. so we 've to use the matrils we have at clinic for free …
(2) impression taken to have a putty index for composite building up .. atrumatic removal of RR ... and composite building up of the upper central ..NB :reshaping of bilateral upper lateral incisor had done ..
(3) glss fiber resin impregnated tape was used as an anchorage for composite building up ..
(4) layering technique for building up
(5) final result

N.B; not a durable restoration,
also occlusion plays a major factor in durabilty .
i think the best line of treatment is implant &comp rest even but
according to the pt inability ..
