African American child complains of lumps (soft papulonodules with verrucous surface) on the lips and hands for the past 2 years. The lesions had increased in size and number. Usually asymptomatic, can be painful and bleed if the child bit them. No family history of HIV, genital warts, condylomas and no sexual abuse
Immunoglobulin levels and complete blood cell count are within normal ranges, also HIV test results negative
